2. Purpose of the website
This website describes the cloud, applied AI and security consulting services of ConsultorIA and lets you contact us. Skyline is our infrastructure viewer, a tool for clients and prospects that reads Terraform plans and cloud accounts to produce an inventory, a cost estimate and a security report. Access to Skyline requires an account.
3. Terms of use
By browsing this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. In Skyline you must only analyse accounts and files you are authorised to access. You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for keeping them read-only and scoped to what you need. We may suspend accounts used to scan infrastructure without authorisation.
The reports Skyline produces are automated estimates based on public price lists and documented best practices. They help you prioritise, but they are not a substitute for an assessment by our team or for the figures in your provider's bill.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, graphics, source code and reports on this site belong to ConsultorIA or are used under licence. You may quote them with attribution and a link. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission. The names of the cloud providers and tools mentioned belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We do not accept liability for damages arising from the use of Skyline beyond what the law requires or what is agreed in a service contract.

7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of the registered address stated above, unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
